Union shop, the work load is heavy but generally nothing overly cumbersome, overtime is easily available. Career progression is available, if you plan it correctly you can move fast. Further education and career education
Cons
Union shop, it really depends if you believe in unions as a good or not. Supervision seems to keep hourly in the dark a lot - though this maybe a product of the union environment. Moderate/high pay, though for the work environment for maintenance requires multi trade skills, you cannot be a one trick pony.
