      Best Place to work,friendly working environment,on the other hand very cooperative management.If you compare to other startups,the comfort levels of employee is pretty well.Every employee will get an his own identity and get a chance to put hands on all aspects of his domain...

      In my point of view - Lack of team.If we have a team, that would be a great help to explore employee skills as well as company

      Pros

      nothing to explain as under a lady who is illiterate how can one survive

      Cons

      if you join this company you will be governed by a lady who is not the CEO, she will get week-offs and rest are bonded laborers. if you dont know how to appease her you will be terminated without any valid reason, even they will not offer experience letter and appointment letter.
