Pros

Extra week of annual leave and good superannuation.

Cons

- senior leaders on the whole are narcissistic and behind closed doors are incredibly dysfunctional. - They promote a great culture but refuse to acknowledge poor performance at the C level with sexism and homophobic behaviours often on display. - Promoting a RAP when they refuse to entertain even the idea of acknowledging the land is absurd. - Bullying is not taken seriously, The amount of ex employments that get paid out because they angered a favoured employee is rampant.

Pros

well known, fairly good pay

Cons

poor leadership and communication, love their meetings and pats on backs on the guise of transparency - so everyone knows what they're doing, strong on lip service. there's a mask of niceness and pleasantry
