      Your WLB depends in which team you are in but most of the people are chill and have laid back attitude for work and you will have good WLB

      Cons

      actual Tech is abstracted(spark, Database) so you don't get to work on anything related to Data engineering unless you're creating some service from scratch. learning is very low

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
