Pros
Lack, maybe if you are waiting for retirement and those 2-3 years when company will still exists is enough for you
Cons
Where to start... Nokia mind - papers everywhere, each process takes ages to proceed, and finally you still need to do things like sending to external company screenshots of internal systems. Technology stack - everything runs on Java 8 and Scala from 2016, good ideas like using protobuf are replaced with bad ones like using everywhere geojson. Code quality - is bad, very bad, "pure functions" with side effects, devs not knowing languages writing in this language. People - most of developers seems to work in state of mind "we are an elite" when most of them were elite ~10 years ago, and now they live in the past. And all people feels entitled, company didn't produced any profit by last years, most of people is doing bare minimum, and everyone is expecting rises. Button Pushers - there are people who by last 5-10 years were always downloading some files, put it into some folder, run button and uploaded produced file to e-mail/sharepoint/similar
