Pros
- Large company but still feels somewhat close knit - Their map-based products that have been the backbone of the company are still the industry standard - Generous separation package during most recent layoffs
Cons
- Recent layoffs were a bad sign. Full disclosure: I was one of those laid off, but it was the employees who were being kept that seemed almost more upset, as they had a significant amount of work to make up for, and there was little direction around that transition.
