      Pros

      Smart, kind people. Theoretically interesting problems to solve. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Strategy seems haphazard and none of the goals set in the last 5 years have come to fruition. Long term outlook seems dubious. Pay has been stagnant since before covid and was not top of market to begin with, now lagging far behind. Bonuses canceled last few years.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
