Pros
Lots of learning Very good on standards and processes in programming Extravagant on infra(swiss chair, german carpet etc etc) if you like it
Cons
No money in the company, they implemented salary roll back and pay cuts last year. HR's are pathetic and most of the things are outsourced, making it worse. All Europeans in senior management who have been to India, they think 7-8% is very good hike, they know Indians work in quarter salary but still they will implement paycuts here. They keep doing reorg every six months causing disruptions, work and goal changes impacting everyone.
