      Job is interesting in a market that is continuously expanding. People are treated with respect and always motivated to give their best.Colleagues are nice and the atmosphere at work is pleasant. I see a lot of people proud for this working in this company...

      No major cons. In the last few years, changes in the organization (top management) did not help the company in being focused on our goals, nevertheless the company managed to build a clear vision.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
