Incompetent leadership - Manager HERE Technologies Employee Review

The leadership team above the director level are all clueless as to what they are doing. They don't understand what a product is nor how to deliver it. They change things for the sake of changing them. The biggest problem is that these same leaders don't listen to the people who actually know what they are doing and how to fix the problems that they are facing. Instead they rely on consultants and others who don't even begin to understand the problems.
