      Very international, in general capable colleagues. Traveling to many nice locations for business. Good salary. Recognized in the industry.

      Cons

      Management or the whole company is still searching for a viable vision, after car navigation is no cash cow anymore. Constant restructuring and laying off people again and again. CFO left the company recently.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
