      They paid regularly. Could not find anything else. Sorry.

      Management not talking with employees but only broadcasting. Making decisions arbitrarly qitjout even informing team upfront. Teams are set of individuals working separately. Ancient technologies. And much more.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
