      Interesting problems to solve with cutting edge technology. A lot of potential for success in the industry as a company.

      Cons

      No leadership or effective business processes. Toxic political environment. Dismissive of women and minorities in technology. The lowest point and worst experience in my career that I've had as a woman in technology.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
