- very limited opportunities to grow (the job that you're hired to do, is most probably the only job you will end up doing 8 years later; the company doesn't provide opportunities to get coached or attend business school or otherwise grow your capabilities; you can do it in your free time, but there is no support from the company except for provision of some on-line classes - the offer of the benefits and compensation is also very limited, compared to other technological companies within the Netherlands; the package that is being offered together with the salary, is below market average; not sufficient to attract the real "brains" in the market (so... ehm... if you want to work with the best in your field, maybe look somewhere else)
