Pros
Flexible hours and a very relaxed, calm environment (most of the time). The management is somewhat flexible; if you have an emergency and you need to leave, they completely understand. As long as you don't abuse the relationship with managers, everything is actually pretty good. Most holidays are noticed, which is a plus.
Cons
No way to go higher up the company ladder at the moment. You pretty much stay with where you applied to, unless you put in much more extended effort than what would be normally asked of you. Very hard to stay positive about the work when it is based on proprietary software that only updates when changes are critically needed.
