      Good work/life balance, nice office (everyone gets standing height-adjustable desks), market-level salary.

      Cons

      Unclear future as company tries to become more than automotive supplier and enter other markets. Noticeable number of people being let go (but they get a decent package when they do, more than what local law require).

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
