1)So much politics and some projects are worst 2)In Some project there is only sql changes work . 3)Due to politics Many Testing Managers are becoming Technical Manager and since they are not technically sound they torture technical peoples,give them double work and expect to complete in one Sprint 4)This is a good company in terms of Transportation/HR policies/Health insurance but if your project is not good, your manager is a tester and you are a technical employee then how would you survive
