      Pros

      Good work life balance. Benefits are OK. 401K matching was cut in half recently. Vacation package above average. Immediate team members were great.

      Cons

      Layoffs seem to have become a yearly thing. Management has become very detached and doesn't seem to have found a direction for the company yet. HR is useless and you can only submit a ticket about a issue, can't actually talk to a person. Lower than average pay.

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
