      Opportunity to learn new tools and work in large multinational environment

      Cons

      The tasks are largely impeded by other professionals i.e designers, devs and one can't simply proceed as its too advanced/not related to one's profession and cause serious problems with management, team and feedback. To save oneself people throw blame on others

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
