      Good people, great technology and product space, growth opprotunities if you are a high performer, investing in becoming a better agile company.

      Cons

      Uncertainty due to purchase by Nokia causing major reorganization and consolidation of organizations and facilities. Nokia struggling to keep its market share in the mobile space.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.
