      - There are good people working here - Gives you a chance to travel - Looks good on your resume

      Cons

      - Product owners have far too much power and have been known to yell at developers. - No/little information is shared with employees, had to rely on the grapevine for news - Asked to deliver things (and be motivated) days after announcing office was closing. - Priorities and tasks constantly change

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
