Pros
- Some of the people are really smart and fun to work with - Location technology is a growing industry for now - Good training opportunities - People who lead and can get things done get noticed and rewarded
Cons
- Very, very slow for a technology company - Lack of clear decisions and strategy from senior management, trying to be everything to everyone - Too many stakeholders with no one point of authority for product decisions, roles & responsibilities not defined - Protectionist attitudes vs. team collaboration, a lot of infighting - Creates "content" products, now at the lowest value and weakest point in the value chain - *Awful* communication and direction during integration into Nokia Location & Commerce business unit
