      Pros

      Flexible schedule and good benefits. Very accommodating work areas, nice staff and clean environment. Room to grow for engineers and construction related majors.

      Cons

      Better training and sharing of work responsiablities. Work culture is a bit stiff, and done a certain way.

      Pros

      Close knit group, even though the number of engineers is in the hundreds. The company is very well managed. Lots of engineers with long tenures with the company and vast experience. There's a reason for that! Making efforts to be cutting-edge in design, tools, and approach.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Working in a satellite office has its drawbacks.
