Lack of organization and stability from leadership

The medical office staff and providers are exceptional, but I can't help feeling for them.

I have never encountered such unprofessional leadership. The atmosphere is toxic, with management consistently engaging in passive-aggressive behavior, micromanaging every aspect of the team's work, and fostering a culture of distrust. There is an alarming level of duplicity, where leadership says one thing but does another, leaving employees in a constant state of confusion. What's worse is the backstabbing that goes on behind closed doors, with leaders throwing colleagues under the bus in a desperate attempt to save their own skin. This environment is not only demoralizing but also destructive to productivity and morale. It’s clear that leadership here is more concerned with playing power games than fostering a healthy, supportive workplace. They unfortunately engaged in shady behavior during and at the end of my employment. My advice for anyone thinking of taking a position here would be to reach out to folks who have worked there previously.
