Pros
Company salaries are competitive; management are people friendly; company attempts to care for personnel by creating newsletters, events, training, etc. Company owner and CEO have very good contacts and reputation across Europe and USA. Good company if one wishes to work in spaceflight, especially human spaceflight
Cons
The company is mainly a body-shop. So, little possibility of professional advancement. The company mainly loans experts out to two large organisations, but does almost no work itself; downside is that if the customer's project ends, so usually does the job of the contractor end. I.e. no job security even for those with so-called "permanent" contracts!
