It’s been over a year since I joined, and I still wake up thankful for this team, this culture, and the flexibility that comes with working remotely. Having worked in startups before, I know how quickly things can shift, but leadership here has done an incredible job protecting the culture as the company grows. It’s grounded in humility, kindness, and trust, and that's rare. - The culture is genuinely amazing and everyone is collaborative and respectful of each other - Leadership truly values work-life balance, even with the pace of a high growth startup - Every voice matters here; all input is welcomed and considered - Management is invested in your growth and believes in promoting from within - Lots of opportunities to try new things, step up, and build a career

- "Unlimited PTO" can feel a little vague, which can make you feel guilty when taking time off - This is a startup. If you’re not comfortable wearing multiple hats or shifting gears quickly, it might not be the right fit (but if you thrive in this kind of fast paced environment this can be a pro!)
