Inclusivity is high- opinions of lower level people are heard and considered
Efficiency level is high but sustainable- there is a smooth flow of experiments without people feeling overwhelmed. Experiment details are discussed and fine tuned so no one's time is wasted. People are clever and good at communicating. They have thoughtful assessments on data and are good at working and thinking on the fly.
We have somewhat frequent gatherings and internal collaborations so the community feels close and connected.
Stock options and pay seem fair based on the market and continue to adapt to what the market is doing.
There is good opportunity for growth/raise/promotion. People do lots of skill sharing.
Cons
It's early days for the company so I think benefits etc will continue to get better. 3 weeks PTO, 6 days of sick time/year.

If you can get in, the work culture is not too bad. As long as you seek out, you have ways to grow. The ceiling is not as closed as other biotech companies out there. You also get a lot of holidays off, which other companies may not offer.
Cons
As for many startups, there's a lot of work for you to take over, considering your title. There isn't a clear-cut way for advancement, so you need to discuss your career projections with your manager frequently.
