      - employee owned, you can purchase shares in the company through salary sacrifice - company socials are great - daily fruit in the office

      Cons

      - workload is minimal (may be an advantage for some but not for me) - company is quite big you can feel like just a number - no option for promotion or growth opportunities (they always say there are but it's not clear how to go about this)

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult
