Pros

Nice people, good benefits. Operations focused, management and technical production. If you have interest in professional organization, they are fairly supportive. If you want to be a specialist, they will love it.

Cons

It depends on the office, some are satellites, some are specific to a project, or engineering discipline, some are regional hubs. Very stratified- beyond all the diversity, equity marketing the place is run by mid western white boys with brown people doing all the heavy lifting. All the architectural design (in this enormous) 13,000 people corporation is done by a handful of people on the east coast. All that happens elsewhere is management and technical production. If you are looking for a 9 to 5 without too much of a mental commitment this place is for you. The operations are rigid and set from an abstract distance so it is blunt. If you are an architect this feels more like an engineering environment, the creative and artistic side of the profession is non existent for 99% of the company.

Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

Cons

Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
