Fantastic Company - Anonymous employee HDR Employee Review

Little to no employee training, you need to be able to learn on the job and quickly. Employee Perks/ Appreciation events are very low, the least amount of paid holidays off compared to industry competitors (no MLK, Presidents Day etc.), Diversity and Inclusion is nearly non-existent, the company's workload expectations are not realistic (above industry average), workplace flexibility is not compatible with AEC industry standards.
