      Pros

      Big firm with good benefits and competitive salary. a lot of resources for all sorts of certifications and support with study material and reimbursement for licensing process.

      Cons

      the experience varies greatly between each regional office. The Chicago office is understaffed and tends to overload their workers. change in management greatly affected office culture. limited opportunities for project experience outside of the healthcare, justice and science+tech markets in architecture.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
