      Great place to work with management giving a helping hand.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanaging which makes it overwhelming. The number of project to manager ratio is way beyond what a project manager could handle.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices
