      Pros

      Great company culture. Very good about being able to work on multiple projects at once and being able to mix time in/out of office.

      Cons

      Can be slow getting involved in on projects. Not much on the job training. Constant worry about being utilized.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
