      Pros

      Great benefits for employees (RRSP match, good value on medical and dental benefits, option to buy company shares (DSU) that had performed very well, yearly increase per inflation, occassional bonus, many company events), winners of profitable projects, multidisciplinary company in many parts of the world.

      Cons

      There maybe politics sometimes but I think in any organization there will always be. Its not too bad.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Excellent work place environment, plenty of continuing education opportunities, and lots of intra-disciplinary events

      Cons

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
