Pros
Flexible work, in theory.- Depends on your manager, who will defer to their director - so good luck. Benefits are fine - healthcare plans have high deductibles, especially if you are on a family plan. 401k is average - they prefer to match with HDR stock instead of cash so you should hope the company does well.
Cons
The pandemic has brought out their true colors. Little support from management, and many decisions are coming out of Corporate in Omaha where the pandemic as a whole is not being taken seriously. So worried about "losing control" of their employees, they are forcing everyone back into the office even as cases are beginning to skyrocket. Nothing is being taken into consideration with regards to employee effectiveness at home - they just need to be able to see you are *in office*. Very, very old school mentality.
