      Great Benefit package and salaries are competitive

      Cons

      Over the top micro managing. No career growth in you're not one of the favored ones. If you are not an Engineer or Architect you have no worth to them and advancement is not likely unless someone else leaves.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
