      Pros

      Good match on 401K, decent PTO, competitive pay, good health insurance, and exciting projects. They have all the resources to pursue and win the best work and they normally do. The company is growing like crazy and their financial records are very strong.

      Cons

      Work can be a little mundane sometimes, but it just really depends on your position.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
