      Benefits were great. Working there could be very relaxed and fun at times.

      Cons

      Upper Management is in a bit of chaos at the moment and the office needs a real "Captain" to steer the office in the right direction.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult
