      Work load is not too stressful. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Work load is highly variable. Difficult to find new projects to work on, very dependent on having an engaged supervisor. Experience at the company is highly dependent on the office culture.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
