      One of the best parts about the company is its employee ownership structure, which includes stock options, along with an incredibly supportive culture and a real respect for work–life balance.

      Cons

      Supports an entrepreneurial spirit and encourages people to take the reins of their own careers — if you need a highly structured or bureaucratic environment, you may not thrive here.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
