Pros
-Work is mind-numbingly easy if you are an assembler there -Not a terrible place to start if you are fresh out of BOCES as a machinist or welder, although they low ball you on your pay you can get some valuable experience and then get out and work in a real shop.
Cons
-Very hot working conditions during the Summer- when they close the doors in the winter, the air quality is awful. -Management views you as a commodity, not as a person -They hire felons....you will be working with scumbags -Lots of mean/miserable people working here. Everyone is out for themselves, looking to stab each other in the back any chance that they get. The culture is not good -They lay people off all the time -The pay is not good, the raises are a joke. You will live paycheck to paycheck working here. -Just not a good place to work in general, definitely a dead end job
