      Work life balance Fair pay Flat structure for employees to communicate with local senior management ( Australia)

      IT infrastructure is a bit out of date in oversea branches and not enough IT support in place after from Europe.

      Pros

      Great benefit packages. They have summer hours so you can enjoy a short Friday workday during summer. Christmas party every year was always nice and fun.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. Everyone was very nice to work with.
