      High job security, pan India locations, enormous scale, good brand

      Cons

      Legacy system, higher management stuck in 90 s decade, lot of donkey work which has no use, unnecessary and redunant teams and workflows, absolutely no opportunity to learn new things, your mental health mainly depends on RM- no support from higher management in case of conflict
