Process is well defined , gives adequate powers to decide and take calls , gives bigger responsibilities and roles as per rank and experience .
Cons
Salary is not much as compared to the responsibilities being shouldered . The role and responsibility set disbalances the work life . Leaves get postponed due to responsibilities to be discharged . Does not have work from home culture .
