You get that title of being banker. You get respect when you say you do job in bank. If you are in sales, you get good incentives.
Cons
Lots of pressure. Even if you are in ops. You have a lot of pressure of doing sales as well. It has many product and you have to sell all of them. Whatever comes with target you have to do.
