1. Promotions are a joke, they are just title change than a step up. 2. No such concept of leave. Officially you can take 31 leaves ( +7 paternity leaves) but all the team leads I have seen are attending work calls. I dont know if they love the bank so much more or care less for family time. 3. Every time you attend a meeting with senior management like group head level they never acknowledge that your team has put good effort. Always start with -" this project is waste of time" 4. Only the people facing media say that we are adapting to AI and new tech. None of the actual team are ready to accept the AI integration proposed by data science team. 5. Data science team is treated like an automation team. Not encouraged by business to solve a real problem. Business team says - " use your AI knowledge to automate this assessment process but your AI should be able to explain by which rule this assessment was made". When the team does that they say your AI is taking non sense variables it is best to go back to old ways.
