Pros
Training is offered You don’t need any experience to work for this company. Walk right off the street and be an Executive, a CEO, a property manager. The sky is the limit.
Cons
Be prepared to be so busy that you will be unable to take advantage of your training. If you think that volunteering to help is going to get you far think again. Pay is EXTREMELY LOW. They will low ball you. Be prepared to wait 3-8 months for mileage reimbursements. Upper management takes advantage of people trying to position themselves for advancement. As soon as you say, “no sorry I can’t help” or “I’ve been working 70 hours per week I really need a break” Kim (HR) who was handpicked by Satan himself will have no problem with firing you expeditiously. Want to advance in this company? Be sure to get your lips ready. Corporate is THE WORST. If corporate likes you you will see promotions and raises like never before. I’ve seen promotions of people with zero experience, no working knowledge of subsidies, people who found it impossible to keep up with their work load see promotions and advancement. I’ve seen people in the business 10-20 years get looked over because they weren’t a “fan favorite”. Corporate loves to micromanage EVERY aspect of your day to day. You will be bombarded with emails and phone calls on a daily basis from corporate, compliance is going to hold up everything you have to do, finance can barely fix ledgers (they are a mess) you have to ask for permission to evict someone or enforce house rules, your life can be threatened by tenants and corporate will not care and prohibit you from taking action. If you want to feel like a cheap, overworked, underpaid used, street worker then this is the company for you!
