Pros

Nice co-workers and friendly management. I loved coming into work and learning something new. Good place to skill up in multiple areas. Good location with parking spot provided for everyone. Hybrid work arrangement. Strong training on your first 1 -2 weeks where you get time to acquire a certification that you get to do during work time. Management and team leaders always recognise hard work and good customer service.

Cons

It can get busy at times due to how fast the company is growing.

Pros

they know how to please only in the begining

Cons

f you're considering working with this managed service provider, think again. My experience has been nothing short of disastrous. The company operates with a stingy mindset, cutting corners at every opportunity—even when it compromises service quality and client outcomes. The staff consistently demonstrate a lack of accountability and technical competence. Tasks are mishandled, escalations are ignored, and basic troubleshooting often turns into a guessing game. Leadership is equally ineffective: team leads are disengaged, unqualified, and more focused on deflecting blame than solving problems. The technical oversight is virtually nonexistent, and decisions seem driven by ego rather than expertise. This MSP feels like a sinking ship—disorganized, outdated, and resistant to change. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic technical support, look elsewhere. There are far better providers who respect their clients and invest in capable teams.

Pros

The team culture is genuinely supportive, no egos, everyone’s willing to help each other out. Management is approachable and open to ideas. There’s a great mix of work so I’m always learning. I’ve been encouraged to upskill with certifications, and the company has backed that.

Cons

Like most MSPs, it can get busy and sometimes reactive when there’s a lot on. You’ve got to be good at switching gears quickly.
