Nice people to work around most of the time. Lots of health opportunities like marathons and exercise programs if you are into that sort of thing. They serve fruit each day. Vacation.
Cons
401k match is a wimpy 3%, and you have to stay there forever to see any of the match. ESOP stocks are meaningless slips of paper unless you plan on being a lifer. Health insurance is terrible and they say they pay for health insurance but that's only for you, no one else in your family. This place is run like a construction company, not a software company. Not good for someone that is in the software industry as a profession! Now, if you were a college-educated barrista, bartender or some other low-prospect job, then this might be a great place for you to move into something more white collar. Not everyone cares about workout stuff as a benefit. Show me the money, that's what I care about. I will buy my own fruit with the money you should be paying me.
