      Pros

      - Excellent culture where they actually care about you as a person and your career goals and aspirations - Great benefits such as: base pay, bonuses, vacation time, paid holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Years, health/dental/vision benefits, and 401k program - Car allowance for maintenance for using your vehicle for the job

      Cons

      - It is a driving position so your car is your office (I don't mind this aspect but others may not be thrilled)

      Pros

      HCP Concierge gave me a great start. I was there 4 years, got numerous promotions, raises, etc. Left eventually for different opportunity but great company, great culture, great people.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any. Starting pay was low but knew that going in. My pay almost doubled in 4 years.
